At Easter we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. This powerful demonstration of life eternal is a lesson for each of us to remember and apply in our lives. Technically, the word resurrect means to restore life to the deceased. Similar words and meanings for the word resurrect include revive, renew, and reawaken.

The lesson to take from God and The Resurrection is that you have the power and ability to rise above any life challenge. You only have to be willing to do so. Accordingly, your personal resurrection will occur at the time and place of your choosing.

When the ego says, “Maybe things will be better in my next life,” it fails to recognize that resurrection is possible during this lifetime. When your higher self affirms that it is, a world of renewal opportunities opens before it. Sickness heals. Poverty vanquishes. And, suffering ends.

If you still believe that dying is required for a resurrection, then let it be the ego’s belief in fear and suffering that does so. Once this occurs, God clears the path for the renewal and reawakening of your natural state.
